Catalyst Coated Membrane (CCM)
The CCM is applied directly onto the membrane to enhance the interaction between the membrane and the catalyst layer. There are three-layer membrane electrode assemblies with catalyst loadings that range from 0.1 mg to 0.5 mg/cm2. The sizes available vary from 6.25 to 100 square centimeters, and there is also the option for customized sizes.
CCM is available with Nafion 211, Nafion 212, Nafion 115, and Nafion 117.
